Biography
Tom Kelleher was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and grew up in San Jose, California. He attended San Jose State University, obtaining a degree in U.S. History in 1987. He has traveled throughout South America, living and working in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he learned to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Tom attended California Western School of Law, concurrently clerking for the Office of the General Counsel for the California State University system, as well as a firm specializing in wrongful termination. After his graduation in 1995, Tom began his career as an attorney in the practice of civil litigation and insurance coverage. Tom joined Walsh McKean Furcolo LLP in April 2000 as an associate, and became a Partner in 2011. His focus has been in the areas of personal injury, construction defect, employment, and business litigation. He has succeeded at trial in State and Federal courts. He is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Voices for Children. He has received Martindale- Hubble’s highest AV rating for legal ability and ethics.
Tom’s personal interests include playing soccer, skiing, and traveling.
