Regan, a native New Englander, enjoys defending civil actions in a range of contexts in both federal and state courts. He has significant bench, trial and arbitration experience defending insurance coverage, bad faith, product liability, construction defect, maritime and general liability matters. Over recent years, Regan's practice has expanded to include the representation of property managers and municipalities in litigation, as well as providing risk management counsel. Regan joined Walsh McKean Furcolo LLP in June 2001 as an associate and became a Partner in 2009. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Irvine in 1989 and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1992. Regan is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the San Diego Defense Lawyers.
