Mr. Lea attended Arizona State University and received his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court (Southern and Central Districts of California), U. S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit (2005), and all courts in the State of California.  He is a member of the State Bar of California and San Diego County Bar Association.

Mr. Lea’s practice focuses on general civil litigation and he has experience representing clients in construction defect, professional liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, personal injury and class action litigation.  Mr. Lea also has experience assisting clients with the formation of internet based companies.
