.jpg) Charles Mackey completed his undergraduate education at Lenoir-Rhyne College. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he obtained his J.D. degree. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar and the Nevada Bar. He is admitted to practice in the Nevada and Arkansas State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. Charles has been a licensed attorney for fourteen years practicing in the areas of administrative law, employment law, civil rights, state government procurement, construction defect and general liability defense work. Charles is also an experienced appellate attorney.
